To ensure fair access for all, our waitlist selections are determined through a lottery system. Separate waitlists are maintained for each unit size. Currently, all waitlists are closed. When a waitlist opens, a notification will be sent to the entire community and posted here. Please note that the office cannot disclose the specific opening date until the day the notice is sent out.
