The Clubhouse is an excellent amenity available for Members to rent for events, holidays, and special occasions. Rentals are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the office for further details.

Over the past few years, our community has hosted several enjoyable events, including the Annual Pool Opening, Fall Festival, and G.A.I.N. Night, Easter Egg Hunt, and Holiday Cookie Exchange. These events are designed to bring neighbors together, fostering a stronger sense of community.

Imagine enjoying a refreshing oasis just steps from your doorstep—the pool at Concord Village offers exactly that. One of the only communities in Tempe with an Olympic-sized pool. It provides a perfect escape on sunny days, whether you’re seeking a leisurely swim or simply lounging poolside. It’s not just a place to cool off; it’s a hub for socializing and relaxation, where neighbors gather to unwind and children splash joyfully. Our pool area is designed for everyone to enjoy. Maintenance does an amazing job maintaining this oasis.
Playground
A playground designed to inspire laughter and adventure right within Concord Village. Nestled amidst newly planted trees and safety-conscious design, our playground offers a haven for children of all ages to explore and play freely. It’s not just a place for physical activity but also a vibrant hub where friendships bloom and imaginations flourish.
