Concord Village, located in vibrant Tempe, Arizona, is a community of 373 one and two-story townhomes. Founded in 1964, we are celebrating 60 years of providing affordable living to nearly 1500 residents.

Typically structured as a not-for-profit cooperative corporation, members contribute monthly fees covering operating expenses such as mortgage payments, property taxes, management, maintenance, insurance, utilities, and reserves.
